A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Please provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled within the 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee of the full service amount; this allows me to respect both my time & clients on my waitlist. Due to the time, customization, and products reserved specifically for each guest, all services are final sale. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please reach out within 7 days so adjustments can be reviewed accordingly. Results may vary depending on previous color history, hair condition, at-home maintenance, and long-term hair goals.
